Joana Guerra

Joana Guerra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resource operations. Currently serving as the Director of HR for the International Network and Head of HR Operations at Efacec, Joana has a strong foundation in labor law and compensation and benefits. Previously, Joana held the position of Manager of Labor Relations and Administrative Management at Critical Software and worked at Nestlé as HR Manager for the Portuguese factories and National Labour Relations Manager, where recognition was received as ILO/ACC's best in-house lawyer in employment in Europe in 2016. Joana's earlier career includes roles as a Lawyer in competition law at Garrigues and Dinis Lucas e Almeida Santos. Academic credentials encompass a Post Graduation in Competition and Market Regulation from the University of Lisbon and an Erasmus program at Universitat de Barcelona.
