Customer Success

The Customer Success team at CriticalArc works closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of CriticalArc's critical situation management services. This includes onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help organizations effectively utilize the platform, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The team is led by the Customer Success Director and includes several Customer Success Managers and a Team Lead for the EMEA region.
