Suleiry Matos has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as Clinical/Administrative Director at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Inc. Suleiry then moved to Neurology Group of North NJ & PA in 2009 as a Clinical/Administrative Specialist. In 2013, they became Sales Manager at Upper Montclair Eye Health Center, and then Healthcare Management Specialist at Gold Optical Ophthalmology in 2017. In 2019, they took on the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at JMP Holdings LLC/Century 21 Construction/M&M Realty/M&M Aviation. In 2020, they founded Achieve Well Health, and in 2021 they became VP of Customer Success - Engagement Manager - Health Cloud & Clinical Operations Expert at CRM Experts Online. Suleiry also founded Achieve Wealth Health Management in 2023.

Suleiry Matos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Rutgers University - Newark in Business Administration and Management, General, and an Associate's degree from Hudson County Community College in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
