James Brant

James Brant has extensive experience in the student accommodation industry. James currently holds the position of Commercial Director Europe for CRM Students, where they lead the expansion of their portfolios across mainland Europe. Prior to this, they were the Head of Commercial at CRM Students and the Operations Director at Amro Real Estate Partners Limited. In these roles, they were responsible for leasing, operations, and asset management of student accommodation portfolios. James has also held various management positions at Pure Student Living, University of the Arts London, and iQ Student Accommodation. James has a strong background in sales and marketing, financial management, and team leadership. Additionally, James has served as a board trustee for Southampton University Student's Union and held leadership positions in student-run societies focused on integrating home and international students.

James Brant attended John Hampden Grammar School from 2003 to 2010. James then went on to study at the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2013, majoring in English and History within the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
