Paula Gildea

Paula Gildea has a strong background in operations management and sales. Paula has worked as the Head of Operations- Scotland and North at CRM Students since 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at both iQ Student Accommodation and VeroGroup from 2012 to 2023. Their previous roles include Accommodation Manager at CRM Students in 2012, Regional Sales Manager at UNITE Group plc from 2006 to 2012, Territory Sales Manager at The Boyds Collection in 2006, Sales Manager at Dream Technology from 2005 to 2006, and Retail Account Manager at Netcom Communications from 2003 to 2004. Paula also has experience as a Senior Membership Advisor at Greens Health and Fitness from 2000 to 2003.

Paula Gildea attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 1991 to 1993 and earned their HND degree in Leisure and Service Sector Management.
