Lisa Gaudet

Lisa Gaudet's work experience begins in 2008 as an IT Administrator at H.G. Fenton Company, where they provided administrative and project coordination for the Manager of Information Technology/Business Process Improvements and served as the Digital Assets Manager for the records department. In 2011, they joined Dove Tree Canyon Software, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, where they managed business and vendor contracts, researched and evaluated IT systems, and compiled vendor information. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Contract Recruiter at prAna Living, conducting full-cycle recruiting and sourcing candidates through various channels. In 2015, they started their own consulting company, Gaudet Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant until 2021. Lisa is currently employed at Cro Metrics as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Lisa Gaudet's education history includes multiple educational institutions and fields of study. In 1995-1997, they earned an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Santa Fe Community College. In 2002-2003, Lisa attended Massasoit Community College, focusing on Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a degree. From 2007-2009, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Grossmont College. Lastly, Lisa attended San Diego State University from 2016-2018, majoring in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
