Ashley Sidi has a strong background in digital marketing and advertising. Ashley started their career as a Pharmacy Associate at Woodrow Pharmacy in 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at 1-800-DOCTORS before moving on to Cox Media Group in 2012, where they served as a Sales Assistant and Media Planner. In 2014, Ashley joined AOL as a Strategic Advertising Account Manager, working with prominent clients such as Procter&Gamble, Chanel, and Novartis. In 2016, they transitioned to Croda, initially as a North America Marketing Associate before being promoted to North America Marketing Coordinator. Later, they became the Global Digital Marketing Lead for the Pharma, Personal Care, Home Care, and Crop Care divisions at Croda. Throughout their roles, Ashley focused on implementing digital strategies, managing social media programs, and developing strong relationships with clients and agencies.

Ashley Sidi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Health Studies from Monmouth University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended St. Joseph by the Sea from 2004 to 2008, but without earning a degree or specifying their field of study. Ashley has also obtained additional certifications, including Foundations of Social Advocacy from Hootsuite and Semrush SEO Course from Semrush, with completion in March 2023 and an upcoming certification from Hootsuite expected in 2024.
