Flavia Guaragna

Flavia Guaragna is an accomplished professional in the field of research and technology, currently serving as the Research & Technology Director for Consumer Care and Life Science at Croda since October 2019, following a role as Research & Technology Manager for Personal Care. Previous experience includes a position as Suncare RD Manager/Senior Development Scientist at GSK and as the owner of VOC survey, providing Consumer Science support to companies like Kimberly Clark and Santher. Flavia also held the role of Senior R&D Regional Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on Feminine Care product development, and R&D Manager at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing a diverse array of consumer products. Flavia holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a post-graduate degree in Consumer Science from ESPM.
