Paul Petrella has a strong background in IT management and system improvement. Paul has served as the Head of Regional IT at Croda, where they managed various projects, including a greenfield site project and the upgrade of network equipment. Paul also oversaw the construction of a new office and facilitated a smooth transition to remote work during the pandemic. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Manager at Nooter Construction Company, where they enhanced operational efficiency and introduced remote server backups. Paul also held roles as a Network Administrator at Lmt Mercer Group Inc and Senior Engineer at RedEye, Inc., where they improved network performance and implemented IT solutions for diverse clientele. In addition, Paul has experience as an Owner of a coffee and ice cream shop, where they implemented a POS system and managed a team of employees. Paul also founded and managed a client-oriented consulting firm, Simplicity Consulting, and served as an IT Manager at J.
