Raymond Tan

Raymond Tan has extensive experience in IT roles. Raymond is currently the Head of Regional IT - APAC at Symrise AG since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Group IT at Eurokars Group from 2018 to 2021. Raymond was also the Head of IT at Dyson from 2013 to 2017. Raymond gained project management experience as a Project Director at Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) from 2012 to 2013. In addition, Raymond held various IT management positions at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. from 2003 to 2011, including Regional IT Director - Asia and Senior Manager - Global Logistics Systems. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Engineer at Esko from 2001 to 2003.

Raymond Tan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alliance Manchester Business School. Raymond also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business from The Open University. In addition to their formal education, Raymond has obtained several certifications including CCSP and CISSP from (ISC)², PMP from the Project Management Institute, and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
