Rob Hanson CEng MIChemE has a background in Chemical Engineering with experience in various roles in the industry. Currently, Rob is working as a Process Engineering and Process Safety Manager at Croda, where Rob also serves as a Lead Engineer. Rob has worked on projects involving vaccine ingredients and distillation plant capacity increase. In the past, Rob has owned a Geocaching store, worked as a GMP Utilities Engineer at Public Health England, and held engineering positions at other companies like ExxonMobil. Rob has also conducted research at the University of Bath and the University of Canterbury on topics such as heat exchanger fouling and methanol effects on filtration in ultrafiltration membranes.
