Kate Zahnow

Kate Zahnow currently serves as the Community Engagement and Development Coordinator at Crohn's and Colitis Canada since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Impact Ambassador at SickKids Foundation and a Summer Intern at Girls Inc. of York Region. Other positions held include Tree Planter/Quality Assurance at Folklore Contracting Ltd, Volunteer Educational Consultant at Atma, English Second Language Teacher at Bright Future International Training & Services, Client Care Coordinator at London InterCommunity Health Centre, and Pharmacy Clerk at University Pharmacies. Kate holds a Graduate Diploma in Not-for-Profit Management and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University.
