Madeline Nickel is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in teaching assistance, program coordination, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Program Coordinator for the Diversity Science Initiative at The City University of New York since September 2021, Madeline has effectively facilitated communication, organized events, and managed day-to-day operations for the program. In addition, experience includes a role as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, where contributions involved administrative support and co-authoring a DEI newsletter.
