Marine Lorrain

Marine Lorrain is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, diversity, and handicap mission management. Currently serving as Partner Ressources Humaines at Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise since July 2021, Marine previously held various roles at Altran from July 2016 to June 2021, including Chef de projet recrutement France and Responsabile Mission handicap. Marine's expertise encompasses the operational management of recruitment teams, the establishment of partnerships with educational institutions, and the implementation of diversity initiatives. Marine's earlier career includes positions at ING Luxembourg as HR Recruitment and Training Officer and Deloitte Luxembourg as a Cross Border Tax Compliance Intern, complemented by event management internships at GL events. Marine holds two master’s degrees from IAE Metz School of Management in Human Resources and Finance and a Diploma in Accounting and Management.
