Waad El Sayed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in translation, education, and intercultural mediation. Currently serving as an Encadrante at Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise since March 2019, Waad also works as a Sworn Translator for the Ministry of Justice Luxembourg, providing translation and interpretation services in Arabic, English, and French. Additionally, Waad operates as a freelance interpreter and independent translator, specializing in a variety of documents. Previous roles include Intercultural Mediator at Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse and English Instructor at Liren International Institute and Coursathome SARL. Waad's experience encompasses project management with Oxfam, focusing on supporting Syrian refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon. Waad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation Studies from the University of Balamand and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from the American University of Beirut.
