Kathy Turben

Kathy Turben currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction at Crom, LLC since June 2021, after holding various roles including Manager of Estimating and Construction Estimator. Kathy's previous experience includes Project Manager at Scherer Construction, Estimator/Project Manager at Cullison Wright Construction, and Procurement Coordinator at ICON Residential. Kathy has also worked as Preconstruction Manager at Focus Development and held interim positions such as Medical Records Coordinator at Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. Additional roles include Estimating/Operations Administrator at COMANCO Environmental Corporation and Assistant Estimator at Gerardi Construction Inc. Kathy's career began as Office Manager at LandDesign, Inc., followed by administrative work as an Administrative Assistant at Itasca Construction Associates. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Long Term Care Administration/Management from the University of South Florida and an AS in Legal Assisting from Central Florida Community College.
