Kusha Garg is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a robust career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Lead - Supply Chain Transformation at Croma since July 2020, Kusha previously held the position of Senior Manager at LeanBox Logistics, where a web-based technology platform for operational visibility and analytics was developed. Earlier roles include Supply Chain Solutions Consultant at Hexaware Technologies, where customer requirements were transformed into business solutions, and Assistant Manager-IT & Systems at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, focusing on supply chain process analysis and improvement initiatives. Kusha began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Infosys. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Supply Chain and Operations from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a B.E. in Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology.
