Radhika Shankar

Radhika Shankar currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of Sustainability & CSR at Croma since February 2022, following a role as Manager of Sustainability. Before this, Radhika held the Marketing Coordinator position at the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Agriculture and Farm Excellence (C-SAFE) from November 2020 to November 2021 and worked at Tata Consumer Products from July 2016 to October 2020 in various roles including Executive in Digital Transformation & Innovation Projects and Executive Trainee. Radhika began a professional journey with Teach For India as a Fellow from June 2014 to April 2016 and completed an internship at Weber Shandwick in 2013. Educational qualifications include participation in a leadership development program at London Business School, along with a Diploma in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics. Additionally, Radhika attended King's College London for a summer program in International Marketing and completed junior college at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics and high school at Bombay Scottish School.
