Shubhnish Sharma

Shubhnish Sharma is currently working as Cluster HR - VAS North at Croma since March 2023. Prior to this, Shubhnish worked as a Human Resources Team Lead at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited from February 2018. Shubhnish also has experience as a Senior Process Executive at The Adecco Group from June 2013 to February 2018. Shubhnish holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Finance from Motivational Pathway and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from IIMT University, Meerut. Additionally, Shubhnish obtained a Certification in Prevention of Sexual Harassment in HR from Noble Work Foundation.
