Kanto Biswas has over 20 years of experience in HR and payroll management. Their career began at Vodafone Idea Limited in 2001, where they held the role of Lead HR Payroll & Financials for nearly 20 years. In 2021, they joined Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as the Head Payroll & Compensation Benefits. Throughout their career, Kanto has demonstrated expertise in managing payroll and compensation benefits within the corporate sector.

Kanto Biswas graduated from ST. JOSEPHS COLLEGE ALLAHABAD in 1992 with a Science (Phy, Chem, Bio) degree under ISCE DELHI BOARD. Later, in 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Allahabad. Lastly, in 2007, they completed a Diploma in Business Management (Distance Learning) with a focus on Marketing & Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
