Catherine Parker Faicd

Catherine Parker FAICD, FGIA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Catherine is currently the Head of Risk and Compliance at Cromwell Property Group since June 2021. Catherine has also served as a Director at Children's Hospital Foundation since February 2023. Other notable positions include Non-Executive Director roles at YMCA Brisbane, Mercy Partners, and Arbonne Charitable Foundation Limited, where they served from November 2020, October 2020, and September 2014 respectively. Catherine was also Vice Chair at Ausdance Qld from April 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Enterprise Risk & Assurance and Assistant Company Secretary at QIC from July 2018 to May 2021 and February 2017 to July 2018 respectively. Catherine has also held Non-Executive Director positions at Lourdes Hill College from December 2013 to November 2020 and served as Chief Executive Officer, and later as Executive Director & CEO at Cystic Fibrosis Queensland from December 2014 to July 2016 and from 2012 to May 2016 respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Governance and Legal Consultant (contract) at Energy Super from July 2016 to February 2017.

Catherine Parker FAICD, FGIA has a diverse education history. Catherine obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 1989, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the same institution in 2011. In 2015, they pursued further education and completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia. During the same period, they also attained a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia, specializing in Applied Corporate Governance. Additionally, they obtained a Company Directors Course Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which focused on the Company Directors' Course. Their high school education was completed at Mt Carmel College, where they earned a High School Certificate. In 2019, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Psychology of Risk from the Australian Catholic University.
