Tom Coenen is an experienced asset manager with a robust background in real estate investment management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Cromwell Property Group since January 2016, Tom has managed significant assets across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Prior roles include Senior Asset Manager at Hudson Advisors Netherlands B.V. and Asset Manager positions at Valad Europe, Van Herk Groep, and VastNed. With extensive experience in optimizing and redeveloping real estate portfolios in various European markets, Tom has a strong foundation in investment management, corporate finance, and governance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Small Business from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and further studies at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
