Bridgit Hawkins

Bridgit Hawkins has a long history of work experience in the agricultural sector. Bridgit began their career in 1995 as a Business Manager at Trade NZ and then moved on to the New Zealand Trade Development Board as a Business Development Manager. In 1998, they took on a Business Development role at AgResearch. Bridgit then moved to Celentis Limited in 2000 as a Business Development Manager. In 2009, they became a Director at Harmonic Aotearoa Limited. From 2010 to 2022, Bridgit Hawkins was the CEO and Director at Regen, a leading provider of decision support services to farmers in New Zealand. In 2022, they became the Chair at Agritech New Zealand and an Independent Director and Chair at Cropsy Technologies. Currently, they are the Chief Sustainability Officer at CropX Technologies LTD.

Bridgit Hawkins attended Reporoa College from 1975 to 1981. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Agricultural Science from Massey University between 1982 and 1986. In 2015, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Primary Sector Bootcamp.
