Julian is a key strategist in Crosby’s Health Practice with nearly 20 years of branding and marketing communications experience. He brings a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and market dynamics to advise public and private health organizations, hospitals and health systems, health plans, industry service providers, and advocacy groups.

Whether the focus is on generating brand awareness and preference, growing volume, and revenue, or changing consumer behavior, Julian oversees the development of large-scale branding initiatives, enrollment/lead generation campaigns, stakeholder/thought leadership programs, provider engagement, and public health initiatives. These programs span a broad array of populations and topics ranging from Medicare and Medicaid, social determinants of health, emerging technologies, and health policy.

He has successfully led campaigns for national and regional healthcare brands, including Kaiser Permanente, L.A. Care Health Plan, Edward-Elmhurst Health, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, Saint Agnes Hospital, Beckman Coulter, Experian Health, the Veterans Health Administration, and Western Dental.

A graduate of New Mexico State University, Julian began his career at Ogilvy & Mather NY, followed by Foote, Cone & Belding, and developed marketing communications programs for brands such as Bristol Myers Squibb, and Eli Lilly, and Hilton Hotels.
