Cris® Mike Ripley

Mike Ripley, CRIS®, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in risk management and claims processing. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Executive and Risk Manager at Cross Insurance since January 2018, Mike specializes in helping businesses assess their insurance programs and mitigate risks to ensure financial stability and growth. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Maloney Associates Insurance as a Risk Management Consultant/Producer, focusing on multi-line insurance claims. Mike's career began at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, where responsibilities included handling policyholder claims, followed by a position as a Safety Coordinator at The Scott Lawson Companies, overseeing asbestos abatement projects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Studies from Keene State College, completed between 1991 and 1996.
