Sarah O’Neil

Sarah O'Neil has a background in workforce optimization and productivity. Sarah started their career at United Surgical Partners International, Inc in 2016 as a Director. In 2018, they joined Atlas Healthcare Partners as a Director of Workforce Productivity, and later became the Vice President of Workforce Productivity. Currently, they are working at Cross Country Healthcare as the Vice President of Workforce Optimization.

Sarah O'Neil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Nevada, Reno. Additionally, they have an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Mesa Community College.
