Latrice Barnett

Latrice Barnett has over 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on creative projects. Latrice has worked in a variety of industries, including sales, marketing, and web development.

Latrice Barnett began their career as a Senior Creative Project Manager at DHAP Digital. There, they managed creative projects from concept through delivery, including web applications and enterprise-scale custom web applications. Latrice was responsible for creating detailed project plans, managing client expectations, and proofing copy, comps, and other creative deliverables.

In 2014, Latrice Barnett joined Salesforce as the Sr. Director / RVP of Partner Marketing Field Distribution. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from generating and managing project plans and estimates to internal team and client relationships. Latrice developed project methodology and scopes of effort to fit within budget and schedule constraints, and they tracked and reported P&L across all projects.

Most recently, Latrice Barnett is the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Crossbeam. In this role, they are responsible for leading and executing on the CEO’s vision and strategy. Latrice is also responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, and expenses; coordinating and facilitating Board meetings; and leading special projects as needed.

Latrice Barnett has a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from University of California, Berkeley, a Certificate in Project Management from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Berkeley. Latrice also has certification from Salesforce Trailhead in Accounts & Contacts, App Customization Lite, Business Value of Equality, Coaching & Feedback, Great Management, Impact of Unconscious Bias, Leads & Opportunities, Salesforce Basics, Salesforce Ohana Culture, Trust & Influence.

Latrice Barnett reports to Bob Moore, CEO & Co-Founder. Latrice Barnett works with Jess Waldeck - CRO, Chris Castaldo - CISO, and Adam Reagan - VP, Enterprise Lead.
