Matt Nicosia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matt is currently the Senior Director of Growth at Crossbeam, where they lead growth, analytics/data engineering, and the side project Partnerbase. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Growth at Crossbeam and was responsible for revenue operations and product marketing. Matt also worked as a Marketing Contractor and then as a Growth & Marketing leader at Crossbeam. Before joining Crossbeam, Matt worked at Perpay Inc., where they served as the Growth & Marketing leader and played a vital role in the company's rapid growth. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the CEO of GuestOf. Matt has experience in business operations consulting at ZS Associates, customer success management at SAP Ariba, and operations analysis at Bayer MaterialScience. Matt began their career as an Analytics Intern and later worked as a Supply Chain Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson.

Matt Nicosia obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on Supply Chain, from Penn State University in 2010. Matt then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2015. During their MBA program, they specialized in Marketing, Operations Research, and Information Systems.

In addition to their academic achievements, Matt Nicosia also obtained several certifications. In December 2012, they became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Sigma Breakthrough Technologies Inc. Matt also obtained the APICS CPIM Master Planning of Resources certification from the APICS Pittsburgh Chapter in May 2011.
