Melissa Sarver

Melissa Sarver has held various roles throughout their work experience. Melissa started their career as an ERP Implementation Manager at Pratt Corporation, where they contributed to design sessions and conducted training programs. Melissa then worked as an Optimization Consultant at Independent Consultant ERP, where they successfully implemented projects using Epicor tools. Melissa later joined Alternative Technology Solutions as the Vice President of Technical and Managed Services, where they launched and managed Tier3 support services. Melissa also worked at Celigo, Inc, where they served as the Director of Customer Success and built the Customer Success function from scratch. Currently, Melissa is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Crossbeam.

Melissa Sarver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, with a focus on English, from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Melissa attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
