Ingrid Parra

Ingrid Parra, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd since January 2007, Ingrid has held positions including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior to this role, Ingrid was the Human Resources Office Manager at The Mortgage Centre from June 2002 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include an Honors Bachelor's degree in Economics and French Literature from York University, a Certificate in Adult Education and Staff Training from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, also from Seneca Polytechnic.
