Peter Lucia

Peter Lucia is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since February 2017, Peter is a founding partner of the Carbon Team and actively originates mortgages while focusing on talent acquisition and team growth. Previously, Peter held the role of Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator at loanDepot from January 2009 to February 2017, where a competitive advantage was provided through optimal product offerings for borrowers. Earlier positions include Account Executive at EverBank, where Peter initiated the NY market, and Branch Manager/Sr Mortgage Banker at Bank of New York Mortgage Co., responsible for residential loan origination and office management.
