Arjun Shukla

Arjun Shukla is an experienced executive specializing in marketing and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Mason since March 2024, Arjun also advises as Fractional CMO for CrossCourt and a confidential 9-figure financial services business. As the Founder and CEO of Spotlight since February 2023, Arjun focuses on helping businesses increase profitability. Previously, Arjun co-founded and led Megaphone Marketing USA Inc., achieving substantial revenue growth. Arjun's earlier roles include positions at Strategy& and Booz & Company, and has a technical background from positions held at Lion Co and Sydney Water. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from UNSW, supplemented by studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
