Uma Palepu

Uma Palepu is currently working as Practice Director at Crosslake Technologies, LLC since March 2017. Previously, Uma served as VP, Software Delivery at Mitchell International from March 2011 to July 2016, where Uma led operational efficiency and quality improvements. Prior to that, Uma worked as a Technology Consultant at Self. Uma also has experience as a Director, Software Engineering at EMC Captiva, where Uma delivered products for various industries. Uma holds a MS in Strategic Management and an MBA in General Studies from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
