Bill Garvin

Bill Garvin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill is currently the Director of Operations at Crosslin Technologies, where they manage the operations of a Managed Service and Security Provider. Bill leads the Project Management team and oversees a team of Tier 1, 2, and 3 Technicians.

Prior to their current role, Bill worked at Qualifacts as an Implementation Project Manager, where they managed implementation projects for CareLogic Enterprise Electronic Health Records software application.

Before that, they were the President of Garvin Home Services, a startup interior and exterior home repair and renovation company. Bill successfully grew the business to generate $220,000 in sales in its first year.

Bill also has experience at Sharecare, Inc., where they held the position of Director of Client Implementations & Operations and Sr. Customer Implementation Manager. In these roles, they oversaw teams responsible for implementing new clients and managing existing clients for the company's suite of Well Being products.

Earlier in their career, Bill worked at Healthways, Inc. as the Director of Web Operations and Fulfillment, where they managed enterprise print, direct mail, electronic communications, rewards programs, and the support of web products.

Bill also worked at DEX Imaging as the Tennessee Sales Manager for Production Print, where they led team-driven sales responsibilities in the Tennessee market and managed the complete sales cycle.

Bill's career began at Garvin Management Company, where they served as the General Manager.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in project and implementation management.

Bill Garvin attended Germantown High School from 1987 to 1988. Following that, they went on to The University of Memphis, where they studied Psychology from 1989 to 1994.
