Cate Kane has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cate began their career in 1994 as a Field Manager at the MS Valley Girl Scout Council, where they recruited and trained parent volunteers. Cate then worked as a Trainer & Business Consultant at Mr. Goodcents Franchise Systems, where they coordinated training workshops and produced business plans for franchisees. Cate also worked at the University of Central Missouri as a Consultant for the E-Zone.

In 1997, they joined Biz-Basix as a Marketing / Business Consultant, where they developed marketing and funding plans for non-profit organizations and provided analysis of start-up organizations. Cate then joined Cass County Rural Health Coalition as a Marketing / Project Coordinator, overseeing compliance for grants and implementing marketing campaigns.

Cate successfully sourced and recruited sales representatives, managed a retail sales territory, and provided supervision to a team of representatives across multiple states.
