Lindsey Hynes has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Lindsey is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at CROSSMARK since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at CROSSMARK from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining CROSSMARK, Lindsey worked at UNFI as the Manager of Talent Acquisition from January 2018 to January 2021. Lindsey also held positions at UNFI as an Account Manager in Talent Acquisition from May 2017 to January 2018 and as a Corporate Recruiter in Talent Acquisition from February 2015 to April 2017. Lindsey began their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Massage Retreat & Spa from May 2012 to February 2015. Lindsey also had a role as an Executive Recruiter at a recruiting agency, specializing in the medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical insurance industries from July 2011 to April 2012. Additionally, Lindsey gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Border Foods Companies from February 2011 to July 2011.

Lindsey Hynes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications/Advertising at St. Cloud State University from 2003 to 2008. Lindsey later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2013.
