Cynthia Allen has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Cynthia started their career in 2002 at Neiman Marcus as a Merchandise Planner, where they supported the buying office with projections, financials, and merchandise analysis. Cynthia then moved to Zale in 2003 as a Merchandise Planner, responsible for developing fiscal plans and monitoring sales trends.

In 2006, Cynthia joined GameStop as an Internet Merchandising Manager, overseeing e-commerce product and content needs. Cynthia later served as a Manager of Merchandising Operations, managing product selection, assortment expansion, and inventory management for the e-commerce channel. Cynthia also held the position of Manager of Merchandise Planning & Allocation, leading merchandise planning activities and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.

In 2016, Cynthia joined CROSSMARK as a Senior Insights Analyst, where they maximized sales and marketing potential through data-driven insights and strategic business plans. Cynthia then became the Manager of Analytics & Insights, leading analytics projects, managing client portfolios, and aligning with various teams. Currently, Cynthia serves as the Director of Global Business Services, overseeing O2C services and spearheading initiatives to develop new service offerings to support organizational growth.

Throughout their career, Cynthia has demonstrated their ability to drive business growth, make data-driven decisions, and provide strategic leadership in the retail industry.

Cynthia Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chicago State University. In 2016, they obtained an additional certification in Advanced Accreditation Category Management Leadership College from The Partnering Group.
