Benny Phillips

Benny Phillips has been working in the refrigeration industry since 2009. Benny began their career as the Corporate Process Safety Manager for Pilgrim's, then moved to Electro-Motion Refrigeration in 2010 as the Project Construction Manager. In 2015, Benny took on the role of Warranty Manager at MAYEKAWA USA INC, followed by Refrigeration Project Manager at Tippmann Innovation in 2016. In 2017, Benny became an Independent Business Owner with Ice Cold Consulting before recently taking on the role of Senior Refrigeration Engineer at CrossnoKaye in 2021.

Benny Phillips attended Garden City Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Refrigeration. In 2009, they received a Certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Process Safety Management and Implementation.
