Meredith Martin, MDiv, MSW, LCSW has extensive experience in program leadership, compliance, and quality improvement. Meredith currently serves as the Vice President of Programs at Crossnore Communities for Children, where they direct various teams and partners with internal and external leaders to improve services for children and families in western North Carolina. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director and Director of Program Excellence at Crossnore, overseeing compliance and quality improvement activities and implementing trauma-informed care models.

Earlier in their career, Meredith was the Director of Programs at Family Services of Davidson County, where they managed crisis intervention, youth and community service programs, counseling services, shelters, and advocacy and support services. Meredith also served as the Director of Youth and Community Services, where they supervised programs, managed budgets and grants, and built community partnerships.

Meredith's work experience also includes serving as the Associate Pastor for Missions, Evangelism, and Involvement at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.

Meredith Martin, MDiv, MSW, LCSW has an impressive educational background. Meredith obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their passion for religion and religious studies at Wake Forest University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they continued their theological studies at Duke University and successfully completed their Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree by 2009.
