Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson's work experience includes various roles in human resources. Eric started their career at Walgreens, where they held positions such as District Pharmacy Training Coordinator, Recruitment Manager, Learning and Development Specialist/Trainer, and Regional Human Resources Generalist. Eric then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Human Resources Business Partner and later became a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, organization effectiveness programs, and leadership development. Most recently, they worked at Amazon as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, Eric is employed at Crossover Health as Director, HR Business Partner/Employee Relations.

Eric Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Albertus Magnus College.
