Katy Ferry

Katy Ferry, MPH, currently serves as a Senior Client Success Manager at Crossover Health, where responsibilities include prioritizing member experience and executing revenue growth plans as part of the Account Management team. Prior to this role, Katy held various positions at the YMCA of Greater Louisville, including Marketing and Communications Manager, Branch Marketing and Development Director, and Marketing and Development Coordinator, where contributions focused on development-based marketing, fundraising strategies, and donor management. Katy's earlier experience includes serving as a Student Research Assistant at Bellarmine University and an Assistant Manager at Starplex Cinemas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and Health Care from Bellarmine University.
