Matt Debole

Matt DeBole, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Senior Program Manager in Physical Medicine at Crossover Health, where professional experience also includes roles as Program Manager and Physical Therapist since May 2017. Prior to this, Matt served as a Physical Therapist at Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2017 and completed an Orthopedic Residency at Palo Alto Medical Foundation in July 2015. Education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Pre-med from Georgetown University. Additionally, internship experience with the American Physical Therapy Association provided insight into federal legislative policy and advocacy within the physical therapy profession.
