Pooja Patel

Pooja Patel, MHA has a diverse work experience. Pooja started their career at Pathways Home Health and Hospice in 2012, where they worked as a Lead Surgery Scheduler. In 2014, they transitioned to Access Omnicare as an Administrative Specialist. After working there for two years, they joined Stanford Health Care in 2016 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Pooja then moved on to Crossover Health in 2019, where they currently hold the role of Virtual Care Navigator Lead.

Pooja Patel has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University - East Bay. Pooja also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the same institution.
