Varun M. has over 12 years of work experience, beginning with Business Development Executive at Birla Sun Life Insurance in 2007. Varun then moved on to become Marketing Manager at Kerala Deal Realtor in 2009. That same year, they also took on the role of Business Owner at Chempankulam Ayurvedic Drug Store. Varun then worked as Graphic Designer and Design Team Lead at Sindsys Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, they became Creative Designer at Saas Infomedia. In 2017, they became Chief Operations Officer and Creative Head at Legere Technologies Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they assumed the role of Creative Head at Cipher Crypto Technologies Limited. Most recently, they are working as Senior Ui/UX Designer at Crosspay since 2021.

Varun M. attended Anna University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Prior to this, they attended NRPM HSS from 2001 to 2002, where they earned their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
