Having graduated from Paisley University in 1998 with an Honours degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management, Claire then commenced employment with CrossReach in 1998 to cover a period of maternity leave.
Securing a permanent role, Claire has gone on to hold a number of roles within the HR Operations and Policy and Procedure teams.
In October 2011 Claire became the Business Partner for Quality, Compliance, and Improvement at CrossReach, a role which she held until becoming the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in January 2021.
