Jennifer Southers

Jennifer Southers is a consultant specializing in nonprofits through JL Southers Consulting LLC, a role held since February 2023. The focus of the consultancy is to assist nonprofit organizations in building sustainable foundations to better serve their communities. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Crossroads Bank from December 2005 until retirement, overseeing retail banking and marketing operations. Jennifer also served as Vice President at First National Bank & Trust from July 1986 to June 2005, managing regional retail banking across multiple locations. Jennifer holds an Associate Degree in Banking & Finance from Indiana University Kokomo and a high school diploma in Business from Eastbrook High School.
