Jill Glinka

Jill Glinka has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Jill is currently working as a Campus Recruiting Manager at Crosstree since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at CIG Capital Advisors from May 2021 to July 2022. Jill also held the position of University Relations Manager at Cooper Standard from July 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Deloitte as Talent Scout Manager, Central Region from December 2012 to March 2014. Jill's experience also includes being an MBA Campus Recruiting Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) from September 2006 to October 2012. Jill previously served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from August 2004 to September 2006, and as a Regional HR Manager at BDO from May 2001 to July 2004.

Jill Glinka has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Jill also has a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.
