Joseph P. began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at Robert Morris University, Chicago, IL. In 2012, they took a contract role as a Microsoft Marketing Consultant, where they had extensive knowledge of various systems, including Windows 7 and 8 and Microsoft Office Suite. Joseph also actively expanded networks and engaged with consumers of the gaming and IT community. Joseph also provided Tier 3 support by obtaining ETR updates on ISP area outages, while communicating with techs and clients while providing a temporary solution until the outage is resolved. Joseph P. also provided direct customer support to Dominos, Hungry Howie's, Ace Hardware and other franchise owners.
Joseph P. began their educational journey in 2001 when they graduated from Dunbar Vocational Career Acad High School with a High School Diploma in Computer Science. Joseph then attended DeVry University from 2014 to 2016 where they earned an Associate's degree in Networking System Administration. Finally, Joseph P. graduated from DeVry University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication and Network Management.
