Paul Mattson

Paul Mattson has extensive experience in leadership training and coaching, currently serving as a Leadership Trainer/Coach at Crossworld since July 2015. Prior to this role, Paul was the Managing Partner at Blue Sage LLC from November 2011 to August 2014, where Paul contributed to Blue Sage Strategies. Paul also held the position of International Director with an international non-profit from August 1997 to 2013, focusing on management, strategic planning, team leader development, and innovation, and previously served as a Team Leader, emphasizing multi-cultural team building, leadership development, project management, and training volunteers.
