Erik L. Brown

Erik L. Brown, MS, LPC, NCC, serves as the Director of Environmental Services at Crothall Healthcare, managing and coaching a team of 150 full-time equivalents and overseeing all housekeeping operations since January 2021. With extensive experience in patient and customer engagement, Erik has also worked as a Professional Counselor and Owner of Our Journey Counseling since 2013, employing Person-Centered and Rational Emotive Behavioral philosophies to assist clients through life's transitions. Previously, Erik held director roles at HHS, LLC and has worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist and Mental Health Professional. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University. Clearances for child abuse, criminal records, and FBI checks are current and maintained.
